What is NRTHRN Strong?

NRTHRN Strong is functional training reimagined. At the center of every class is the NRTHRN Trainer, our patented machine inspired by cross-country skiing, built to deliver the ultimate full-body workout. In 50 minutes, you’ll move through a powerful blend of strength, cardio, and mobility that challenges every muscle while keeping your joints protected. It’s a low-impact training experience that builds endurance, balance, and lasting strength. An immersive training experience with lights inspired by the Northern Lights, set within a studio where Scandinavian minimalism meets hygge.
