Build strength. Improve endurance. HYROX-focused training combining the NRTHRN Trainer with floor strength work.
Preparing for a race or simply looking to get stronger? You're welcome here.
NRTHRN Strong is a HYROX Training Club.
HYROX demands strength and endurance. At NRTHRN Strong, the NRTHRN Trainer gives you a way to work on both without adding another run to your week.
Adjustable resistance and full-body movement let you move between sustained efforts, powerful pushes and harder intervals. Paired with floor strength work, you'll practice controlling your pace and maintaining technique as fatigue builds.
For those preparing for a race, these sessions complement your running and race-specific training.

Five alternating blocks take you between the NRTHRN Trainer and floor work, ending with a combined finisher.
Expect Double Poling intervals and resistance work alongside exercises such as loaded lunges, dumbbell thrusters, deadlifts and burpees.
Your instructor guides your pace, resistance and technique throughout the session. Weights and effort can be adjusted to your level.
