NRTHRN Strong, LLC ("NRTHRN Strong", "us", "we", or "our") is a legally registered company providing health and fitness-related services, including but not limited to: in-person classes, digital content, and mobile applications. These services are made available through our physical studio locations in Sag Harbor, 11 Bridge St Sag Harbor, NY 11963, USA, and Flat Iron, 35 W 21st St. New York City, New York 10010 (together, our "Studios") our official websites, https://www.nrthrnstrong.com and https://www.nrthrnstrong.dk (together, our "Websites"), and through our mobile application(s) for iOS and social media channels. Collectively, these offerings, including any services, programs, features, or content that reference or incorporate these Terms, are referred to herein as our "Services."
These Terms (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and NRTHRN Strong. "You" refers to any person who accesses or uses our Services, including any minor whose legal guardian accepts responsibility for compliance with these Terms on their behalf.

By accessing or using any aspect of our Services, including but not limited to, visiting or browsing our Websites, attending classes, downloading our Apps, or engaging with our content, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms in full and you agree to be bound by these Terms. By choosing to engage with any part of our Services, including, but not limited to, attending fitness classes (either in-studio or online), purchasing products, or interacting with our websites, apps, or other digital content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using all NRTHRN Strong Services, including access to our Websites, mobile applications, and studio facilities.
These Terms apply at all times while you are using or accessing our Services. However, certain provisions will only apply when you participate in our exercise classes, whether in-person at a NRTHRN Strong studio or through virtual platforms ("Classes"). For details specific to Class participation, please refer to the section titled General Policies, Rules, and Regulations Governing Participation in Our Classes.
To use NRTHRN Strong's Services, you are required to create a personal account and provide certain personal information. You agree that all information you submit must be accurate, current, and complete. It is your ongoing responsibility to ensure this information remains up to date. Failure to provide or maintain valid information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, without prior notice. NRTHRN Strong is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain valid information.
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old. If you are between 15 and 18 years of age, your use of the Services must be approved by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be fully bound by these Terms on your behalf. No person under the age of 15 is permitted to access or use our Services under any circumstances.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or restrict access to certain parts of the Services, whether temporarily or permanently, and whether to individuals or to the user base more broadly.
You agree to comply with all guidelines, usage rules, and policies that may be issued by NRTHRN Strong from time to time. These may include required system updates, performance patches, software modifications, or usage protocols to maintain security, functionality, and regulatory compliance across our platforms. Such rules will be applied in a uniform and non-discriminatory manner.
To access our Services, you are required to create a personal account ("Account"). You may register for only one active Account at a time and may not permit others to access or use your Account. Likewise, you may not access the Services using another person's Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to ensure that the information you provide upon registration and at all other times is accurate, complete, and up to date. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or a breach of security, you must notify NRTHRN Strong immediately.
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to maintain the integrity and security of your Account and our Services. This may include, but is not limited to, resetting passwords, requesting identity verification, suspending Account access, or terminating your Account entirely.
NRTHRN Strong disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or claims that arise as a result of your failure to comply with this section.
You may use NRTHRN Strong's Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, and only in accordance with these Terms. You are required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws based on your location and the location from which you access our Services.
We expect all users to act respectfully and responsibly, both on our platform and in any physical or virtual space we provide. To maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-quality environment, you agree not to engage in any activity that:

NRTHRN Strong offers products and services for purchase through our Websites, mobile application(s), and physical studios located in Flatiron NYC and Sag Harbor. These offerings may include, but are not limited to: Class credits and packages, memberships and subscription plans, promotional offers, gift cards, events, workshops, and other wellness-related services (collectively, the "Products").

Eligible members may request to place their membership on hold for up to 2 months per calendar year for personal reasons. Requests must be submitted in writing to nyc@nrthrnstrong.com and are subject to approval. Membership holds are not applied retroactively and must be confirmed in writing by NRTHRN Strong to take effect.
If you require an extended hold period due to medical reasons, pregnancy, or other exceptional circumstances, you are welcome to contact us with supporting documentation. While we are not obligated to grant such requests, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that a scheduled class at NRTHRN Strong Studio reaches full capacity, you may register for a waitlist. Waitlist positions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of registration.
Twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class, all individuals remaining on the waitlist will receive an electronic notification if a spot becomes available. At that time, any available spot shall be made accessible on a first-come, first-served basis via the email address associated with your registered account.
Upon commencement of the twelve (12) hour period preceding the scheduled class:
Failure to attend the class, or to cancel within the twelve (12) hour window, shall result in the imposition of penalties in accordance with Clause 9 of these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, placement on the waitlist does not guarantee participation in the class. In the event you secure a spot through the waitlist, all applicable registration and cancellation policies, including those detailed in Clause 9, shall apply in full force and effect.
By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to comply with NRTHRN Strong's cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations may be completed via your online account, by contacting the applicable studio by phone, or by visiting the studio in person.
In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend a booked class:
Repeated violations of this policy may result in the temporary suspension or permanent restriction of your booking privileges, at the sole discretion of NRTHRN Strong.
All membership cancellations require a minimum two (2) months' advance written notice, submitted to nyc@nrthrnstrong.com. Your membership will remain active and billable during this two-month notice period.
NRTHRN Strong may consider early termination requests for documented medical conditions preventing continued participation or verified relocation outside twenty-five (25) miles from both our Studios.
Supporting documentation, such as a licensed physician's note or acceptable proof of relocation, may be required. NRTHRN Strong reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its sole and exclusive discretion.
All payments made through our online platform are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy, available at stripe.com/legal.
NRTHRN Strong does not control and is not responsible for Stripe's internal data handling practices, transaction processing, or service availability. All payment-related disputes, security measures, and data management are subject to Stripe's policies and fall outside the scope of NRTHRN Strong's liability.
All purchases of classes and membership packages are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. NRTHRN Strong does not offer refunds for any class or membership purchases beyond your statutory rights.
We strongly encourage you to consider your personal schedule, proximity to our studio locations, and satisfaction with our Services before committing to any purchase. Please purchase conservatively and ensure that our offerings meet your needs prior to completing a transaction.
You acknowledge and agree that the recording, reproduction, or transmission of any NRTHRN Strong class, whether held in person at our studio locations or virtually via our online platforms, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of a member of the designated management of NRTHRN Strong ("management" refers exclusively to the Studio Manager, the Chief Executive Officer, or any member of the Board of Directors). This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of video recording devices, audio capture tools, live streaming technologies, screenshots, photography, or any form of social media broadcast conducted during an active class.
Temporary recordings or passive transmissions of virtual classes through conferencing tools or other digital platforms are also expressly prohibited. NRTHRN Strong instructors, team members, or studio staff are not authorized to grant recording permissions under any circumstances.
You may, however, create and share content related to your personal experience before or after class, provided that such content is respectful, non-offensive, and lawful, and that you have obtained the express consent of any identifiable individuals featured within that content. This includes fellow class participants or instructors whose image, voice, or likeness appears in any post, story, video, or stream.
Any violation of this non-recording policy may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your right to participate in classes or use NRTHRN Strong Services, both online and in-studio. In addition, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NRTHRN Strong LLC, along with its officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from your breach of this non-recording policy or any unauthorized use of class content. This indemnification obligation shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of New York.
Please be aware that any content you choose to share publicly on social media or other digital platforms, even if related to your participation in a NRTHRN Strong class, remains subject to all other applicable terms, including those relating to User Conduct, Privacy, and Prohibited Behavior. NRTHRN Strong reserves the right to request the removal of any published material that infringes upon the rights, privacy, or safety of others, or that misrepresents the nature of our Services.
NRTHRN Strong is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment across all aspects of our Services, whether in our physical studios or on virtual platforms. To protect the integrity of our community and ensure a positive experience for all participants, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and shall be deemed "Prohibited Behavior."
While participating in any NRTHRN Strong class, event, or related activity, whether in person at our Studios, at home, or from any other location, you agree not to engage in conduct that is disruptive, offensive, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate.

Determinations will be made in good faith, with the aim of upholding safety, respect, and the quality of the class experience.
Any violation of this section may result in your immediate removal from the class, temporary or permanent suspension of access to our Services, or termination of your membership or account. NRTHRN Strong reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary, including notification of relevant authorities, if conduct rises to the level of a legal or public safety concern.
By accepting these Terms, enrolling online, attending classes, participating in events or activities, using our Studios or equipment, or otherwise engaging with our Services in any format, you affirm and acknowledge the following:
You acknowledge and agree that NRTHRN Strong is not responsible for the security, safekeeping, or condition of any personal belongings that you bring to our facilities, including but not limited to our Studios. You assume full responsibility and all associated risk for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal items while present at, or in the vicinity of, NRTHRN Strong premises.
This includes, without limitation, any items stored in lockers, common areas, changing rooms, workout spaces, or elsewhere on the property. NRTHRN Strong does not guarantee the security of lockers or storage areas.
We strongly recommend that you do not bring valuables to the studio and take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your possessions. NRTHRN Strong expressly advises against storing valuables in lockers.
NRTHRN Strong may offer wireless internet access ("WiFi") at our studios or affiliated locations for your convenience. By using the WiFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including all provisions governing the use of our Services.
Your use of the WiFi is entirely at your own risk. NRTHRN Strong does not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free access and may restrict, suspend, or terminate WiFi access at any time, with or without notice. The network may be open and unsecured and is not intended for the transmission of personal, financial, confidential, or sensitive information. You acknowledge that no data transmission over a wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure and that you assume all risks associated with its use.
NRTHRN Strong does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any content, data, or materials accessed through the WiFi, and expressly disclaims any liability related to third-party content, advertisements, or services made available via the network.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor activity on the WiFi or store transmissions. Access is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to performance, reliability, or security.
Our Services may include statements, commentary, or content that reflect the personal opinions or professional views of instructors, trainers, guest contributors, or other individuals affiliated with NRTHRN Strong. Such views, whether shared on our websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, or within our studios, are provided for general informational purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the official views, policies, or positions of NRTHRN Strong, its owners, or its employees.
From time to time, our Services may present opinions on topics including, but not limited to, nutrition, supplementation, wellness routines, exercise programs, or personal development. You acknowledge that your participation in a Forum, whether under your own name or an alias, is entirely voluntary and done at your own risk. NRTHRN Strong is not responsible for the actions of other users or any harm that may result from your participation in public discussions.
NRTHRN Strong instructors, team members, and contributors may participate in Forums using real names or anonymous identifiers. Statements made by NRTHRN Strong representatives in a Forum do not constitute individualized advice, unless expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any content within Forums, and to suspend or permanently remove any user who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

You agree to use these features only with the prior consent of the recipient. By submitting another person's contact information, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their express permission to do so and that they wish to receive communications from NRTHRN Strong. NRTHRN Strong may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, whether online, in-studio, or otherwise, at any time, for any reason or no reason, and at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
You may terminate your account or cancel any membership you have purchased at any time and for any reason by following the cancellation procedures on your "My Account" page or by contacting your local studio directly via phone or email.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account, membership, or access to any part of the Services without warning if, in our reasonable judgment, you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or otherwise detrimental to NRTHRN Strong or its community.
